Whether you run a small local business or a large multinational company, understanding and adhering to fire safety legislation is crucial. Many small businesses may not be fully aware of their legal obligations under state-specific fire regulations, and the consequences of non-compliance which can lead to significant fines, especially if the Fire Service conducts an inspection and finds your business lacking.
Beyond the financial penalties, there are serious risks to your business and employees if a fire occurs and safety measures are not in place. Protecting your people and your business starts with understanding what’s required. Below, we’ve outlined the key compliance factors you need to address to avoid fines and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Is your current fire compliance service really delivering?
If you already have someone managing your fire compliance, but you're concerned about high costs, irregular payments, quality of service, or whether all necessary aspects are being properly covered, it’s time for a thorough review.
It's essential that your compliance is handled by certified and experienced practitioners who not only ensure that all regulations are met but also provide you with the confidence that the job is being done right and not over inflated.
Explore the options below to see how compliance can be both affordable and effective, giving you peace of mind that your business is fully protected.
Our subscription Fire Safety Servicing Model, provides you a set monthly price for fire safety servicing, required to meet the Fire Safety Standards set out in AS 1851. Aimed at micro and small businesses, we have removed some of the unpredictability of the standard practice of servicing fire equipment first and then paying irregular amounts later, and replaced it with a subscription service where the servicing of your fire equipment and the rectification of the fire extinguishes is a set affordable price each month.
In our experience, we see a lot of micro and small businesses tackling fire safety on a basic level which often misses essential fire safety requirements to meet the legislation.
We operate in many locations across Australia.
We meet all the Legislations and Regulations.
Our technicians are highly trained and receive regular training to stay abreast of coming adjustments to Legislation and changes in technology.
