1.0 Fire & Safety Equipment Service Quote
Information regarding your premises will be required to be made available to technicians for determining specific building classifications, occupancy requirements and legislative requirements to assist with conducting compliance inspections & testing. If you are unsure about this, our helpful team can lead you in the right direction to obtaining the information upon quote acceptance.
All items required to be inspected and tested are to be made available and access to the premises provided to ensure services are conducted promptly and efficiently. If items are not made available, access to the premises is limited or upon attendance to a booking the technician has been turned away, additional fees will be incurred for return visits to site.
Service Quote pricing is based on a once off six monthly service being due at the time of inspection. If annual services are due at the time of inspection, additional charges may be incurred dependant on the asset being inspected and tested. Additional products, services, repairs, labour, travel or call outs not included in the service quote, are billable at the time of the completed inspections, testing or repairs and are to be paid as per invoice payment terms.
Ongoing services required by Australian Standards and State Legsilative requirements will be automatically programmed in the FCF Compliance System for continual future site visits for inspection and testing of equipment. Written notification to your local FCF service provider is required for cancellation of any ongoing services.
Equipment provided by FCF that have an exclusive 5 Year Warranty is only valid whilst FCF continue to maintain that equipment for the 5 Year Warranty period. If another Service Provider inspects, tests, services or maintains the equipment, the warranty will be void and revert to the manufactures warranty policy.
